Fulfillment Days (NO SHIPPING FRI–SUN): Our fulfillment facility operates Monday through Thursday. Orders are typically prepared within 24 hours on active fulfillment days. Orders placed Thursday afternoon through Sunday are queued and processed starting Monday.
Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines
- Standard Shipping Delivery: Delivery windows typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on destination location once your carrier shipping label is generated.
- Complimentary Shipping ($70+): Orders with a subtotal of $70.00 or higher qualify for free standard shipping automatically applied at checkout.
- Express Order Processing: Available at checkout as an optional add-on service. Selecting express processing prioritizes your package to the front of the packaging and dispatch queue.
Discreet Packaging & Privacy
Every shipment is packaged in plain, unmarked, tamper-evident, and odor-proof boxes or padded envelopes. There are no outer logos, brand insignias, or product references indicating hemp or vape contents to protect recipient privacy and package integrity.
Jurisdiction Restrictions & Compliance
- State & Local Laws: NextDayHits strictly complies with federal regulations under the 2018 Farm Bill. We do not dispatch to jurisdictions, municipalities, or military APO/FPO bases where specific hemp-derived compounds or inhalable formats face legal prohibitions.
- Buyer Responsibility: Customers bear the sole legal obligation to confirm regional statutes and legal compliance before placing an order.
Tracking & Transit Liability
- Automated Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing real-time postal tracking information is dispatched as soon as the shipping label is created.
- Carrier Exceptions: NextDayHits is not liable for transit delays caused by extreme weather, postal carrier routing disruptions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer, or packages marked confirmed as delivered by the postal carrier.
