Refund & Return Policy

• Unopened Merchandise: We provide a 14-day return window from the confirmed carrier delivery date for items that remain completely unused, unopened, and in their original tamper-evident factory packaging.
• Consumables & Inhalables: Due to hygiene, regulatory compliance, and safety standards, vaporizers, disposable units, cartridges, gummies, and topical goods cannot be returned once the protective exterior seal has been breached.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives broken, leaking, or damaged in transit, you must notify our customer operations team at support@nextdayhits.com within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic verification and order details.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days following package inspection. Return postage costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
